Beginning The Year 2019 (Goals and Plans)

I recently wrote a blogpost of things that I have learned in 2018 and how I created a Life Masterplan. There are some things from that list that I am still in the process of learning and improving this year. That’s the thing about learning – it doesn’t stop until after graduation, it’s a lifetime process.

Every year, I get a little excited and anxious when new year approaches. It’s not about doing something new or improving certain skills only when the new year starts because obviously you can do that at any point of time in your life. But there’s this little joy when seeing other people share their new goals and passion together at the same time; for a moment, I feel like I have a life reset button. It’s during this time where I get to flip through my old journals, re-evaluate life and seeing where my life is at after a year or so.

Bridging Life Till Mid Year 2017

I had been away from blogosphere for the past couple of months. It wasn’t really intentional because most of the time, I winded up scraping off the draft copy that I wrote and decided not to publish anything. So, here I am, back to writing about what life had been for me up until today. (Since this week WP’s Discover Challenge is about Collage, therefore I compiled all the photos in a similar form).

Book Review: All The Bright Places

I accidentally picked up this book since it wasn’t listed under my TBR. I was doing a research about depression, mental illness, etc as part of my writing project and while searching for some materials to read, I stumbled upon this book. I finished the book (about 400 pages) on 1st March, and decided to write something about it. I try my best to avoid major spoilers as best as I could.

A Good Match – Soaking Into Art, Fiction and Nature

In mid February, I went for a short trip not too far from home, about 2 hours drive. As usual, my bags were heavier than me – not only that I brought my laptop along (was hoping I could complete downloading my new MMO game), I also carried with me a couple of books, as if I’m not going to return. I checked in at Corus Paradise, Port Dickson.
